This is a beautiful and very useful plate.
The markings on back identify the plate at American Art Ware E.R. The center is printed printed within a liberty bell design.
The plate is white ceramic with delicate floral design of pink and blue flowers. I am not sure whether the flowers are painted or are a decal that was applied.
I like to use this plate on a crowded table when there is not room for the larger plates.
My son, Matthew, purchased the plate while on a trip in Canada.
I received the plate as a Mother’s Day gift in 2009.
